What a webinar changes
for a $24 Skool.

Three things I noticed before I built anything, then a calculator you can play with. Public numbers are sourced, and anything I had to guess is labelled as a guess.

The ceiling

Medical Skool can't make more than $4,272 a month right now.

It's $24 a month with 178 members. Even if every single one of them paid monthly, that's $4,272, and the only way up is thousands more people at $24.

Above it sits the Medical Authority System, the thing you actually built your team around. Nothing in between sends a doctor from your content to that offer on purpose.

The audience

The audience is already there. It's just the wrong audience for the big offer.

You've got 1.4M+ followers, and most of them are patients. The Medical Authority System is for doctors, dentists and surgeons, and most of them never see your consumer content.

A webinar built for physicians lets paid traffic go straight to those doctors. And you already do the hard part: you teach live every week inside Medical Skool, with specialists, on HRT, migraine and BPD.

Same hours, different math

One doctor on the Medical Authority System is worth three and a half months of the whole Skool.

Your price isn't public, so I've assumed $15,000 for the six months. At that number, one new client brings in what Medical Skool makes in about 3.5 months.

Getting to $100k a month from Skool alone would take around 4,167 members at $24, which is 23 times what you've got today. Getting there with the webinar takes about seven doctors.
